Terms and Conditions
Last updated October 8, 2026
1. What this is
HorizonSIS ("the site") is the student information system for Westbridge Innovation Academy ("Westbridge", "we", "us"), a roleplay game and community on Roblox. The site holds the roleplay side of the game: classes, schedules, attendance, mail, the Staff Hub, and job postings for staff positions.
Westbridge is not an accredited school. Classes, grades, credits, transcripts, graduation, health visits and discipline on the site are part of the roleplay and have no meaning outside it.
2. Agreeing to these terms
By signing in, creating a profile in the game, or applying for a position, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
You must be allowed to use Roblox under the Roblox Terms of Use. If you're under the age where your country requires a parent's permission to use online services, ask a parent or guardian before using the site.
3. Your account
- You sign in with your Roblox account. We never see or store your Roblox password.
- Your profile is created in the game. Use a roleplay name, not your real full name.
- You're responsible for what happens while you're signed in. Don't share your account or sign in as someone else.
- One profile per person. Alternate accounts may be removed.
- Your school email address (for example
jsmith@westbridgeacademy.net) only works inside HorizonSIS. It can't send or receive real email.
4. How to behave
Treat everyone like a classmate or coworker. You agree not to:
- Harass, bully, threaten or discriminate against anyone, in the game, on the site or in mail.
- Share real personal information, yours or anyone else's: home addresses, phone numbers, real photos, passwords, school names or social media accounts.
- Put real medical, mental health or legal information into health notes, alerts or anywhere else. Use roleplay details only.
- Impersonate staff, other players, Roblox or anyone else.
- Try to break, overload, scrape or get around the security of the site or the game, or use exploits.
- Post anything sexual, violent, hateful, or anything that breaks the Roblox Community Standards.
- Use permissions you were given for anything other than their job (for example, looking up profiles for no reason). Profile views and changes are recorded in the audit log.
5. Roleplay records
Staff can record roleplay information about students: classes, attendance, dropped classes, nurse visits, alerts and similar. These records are fictional, can be changed or removed by staff, and are only shown to people whose role needs them.
6. Staff positions and applications
- Every staff position at Westbridge, including teaching, administration and Human Resources, is a volunteer roleplay position. It is not employment. Nobody is paid, and no position creates an employer and employee relationship.
- Job postings on the Careers page list requirements chosen by Human Resources. Applying doesn't guarantee an interview or a position.
- Answer applications honestly. Don't put real personal information in them beyond what a question clearly asks for, such as a Discord username.
- Human Resources may accept, reject or remove any application, and may remove a staff position at any time.
- Never pay anyone, in Robux or otherwise, for a position. If someone asks you to, report it.
7. What you post
You keep ownership of what you write (mail, posts, applications). You give Westbridge permission to store and show it on the site for as long as it's needed to run the community. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share, including images you didn't make.
8. Moderation
Administrators may edit or remove content, change roles, suspend accounts or remove someone from the game or Roblox group when these Terms or the Roblox rules are broken. We'll try to be fair and explain why, but we don't have to give a warning first.
9. Roblox
Westbridge Innovation Academy is a fan-made community. It isn't made, endorsed or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. Roblox is a trademark of Roblox Corporation. Your use of Roblox itself is covered by Roblox's own terms.
10. No guarantees
The site is run by volunteers and provided "as is". It may be down, slow, or lose information. As far as the law allows, Westbridge and its staff aren't responsible for any loss or harm from using the site or the game.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top and, for bigger changes, post a notice in the Staff Hub or the game. Using the site after a change means you accept the new Terms.
12. Contact
